18 Section 4. A license is not required under chapter
19 489, Florida Statutes, for the direct infusion of chlorine gas
20 in residential swimming pools. This industry is regulated by
21 the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services under
22 section 487.0437, Florida Statutes.
