14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 8, between lines 5 and 6,

17 insert:
18 Section 5. Subsection (1) of section 514.0115, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 514.0115 Exemptions from supervision or regulation;
21 variances.--
22 (1) Private pools and water therapy facilities
23 connected with facilities connected with hospitals, medical
24 doctors' offices, and licensed physical therapy
25 establishments, and licensed massage therapy establishments
26 shall be exempt from supervision under this chapter.
