15         On page 1, lines 26-31, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         (13)  Between October 1 of each year, or earlier if the
19  vaccine is available, and February 1 of the following year,
20  subject to the availability of an adequate supply of the
21  necessary vaccine, each assisted living facility licensed
22  under this part shall implement a program to offer
23  immunizations against influenza viruses to all residents who
24  are 65 years of age or older,
