  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating Roi Henri Christophe Boulevard and

  4         Charles Summer Boulevard in Miami-Dade County;

  5         directing the Department of Transportation to

  6         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Roi Henri Christophe Boulevard designated;

12  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of State Road 916 on N.W. 135th

14  Street between N.W. 7th Avenue and N.E. 6th Avenue in

15  Miami-Dade County is designated as "Roi Henri Christophe

16  Boulevard."

17         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

18  erect suitable markers designating Roi Henri Christophe

19  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).

20         Section 2.  Charles Summer Boulevard designated;

21  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

22         (1)  That portion of State Road 916 on N.W. 135th

23  Street between N.W. 17th Avenue and N.W. 7th Avenue in

24  Miami-Dade County is designated as "Charles Summer Boulevard."

25         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

26  erect suitable markers designating Charles Summer Boulevard as

27  described in subsection (1).

28         Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
