11  The Committee on Judiciary (Clary) recommended the following
12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 23 between lines 2 and 3,
16  
17  insert:  Section 11.  The sum of $285,000 is appropriated from
18  the General Inspection Trust Fund to the Department of
19  Agriculture and Consumer Services, and four additional
20  full-time-equivalent positions are authorized, for the purpose
21  of implementing this act during the 2005-2006 fiscal year.
