11  The Committee on Judiciary (Campbell) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 9, lines 11-13, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (9)  An attorney may not represent more than five
19  inmates defendants in capital postconviction litigation at any
20  one time. However, an attorney who represents more than five
21  inmates as of July 1, 2005, may continue to represent those
22  particular inmates until such time as their cases are
23  concluded.
