18         (17)  BOARD OF GOVERNORS AND BOARDS OF TRUSTEES.--No
19  citizen member of the Board of Governors of the State
20  University System, nor any citizen member of a board of
21  trustees of a local constituent university, shall have or hold
22  any employment or contractual relationship as a legislative
23  lobbyist requiring annual registration and reporting pursuant
24  to section 11.045, Florida Statutes.
