11 The Committee on Children and Families (Campbell) recommended
12 the following amendment:

15 On page 28, between lines 6 and 7,

17 insert:
18 Section 11. Effective October 1, 2006, paragraph (c)
19 of subsection (14) of section 120.80, Florida Statutes, is
20 amended to read:
21 120.80 Exceptions and special requirements;
22 agencies.--
23 (14) DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE.--
24 (c) Proceedings for administrative support orders.--In
25 proceedings for the establishment of administrative support
26 orders pursuant to s. 409.2563, final orders in cases referred
27 by the Department of Revenue to the Division of Administrative
28 Hearings shall be entered by the division's administrative law
29 judge and transmitted to the Department of Revenue for filing
30 and rendering. The Department of Revenue has the right to seek
31 judicial review under s. 120.68 of a final order entered by an

1 administrative law judge. Administrative support orders
2 rendered pursuant to s. 409.2563 may be enforced pursuant to
3 s. 120.69 or, alternatively, by any method prescribed by law
4 for the enforcement of judicial support orders, except
5 contempt. Hearings held by the Division of Administrative
6 Hearings pursuant to s. 409.2563 or s. 409.25635 shall be held
7 in the judicial circuit where the person receiving services
8 under Title IV-D resides or, if the person receiving services
9 under Title IV-D does not reside in this state, in the
10 judicial circuit where the respondent resides. If the
11 department and the respondent agree, the hearing may be held
12 in another location. If ordered by the administrative law
13 judge, the hearing may be conducted telephonically or by
14 videoconference.
