Explanation:
Clarifies that the funds for Phillippi Creek are for connection fees and
other one time charges for households with an income of up to and including
250% of the federal poverty level.

1717A   Grants And Aids To Local Governments And

        Grants And Aids - Water Projects

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 1717A, INSERT:

Funds in Specific Appropriation 1717A for Phillippi Creek are for
connection fees and other one time charges for households with an income
of up to and including 250% of the federal poverty level.  Notification,
application, and administration of this program will be handled through
Sarasota County's existing organization.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
