Explanation:
Directs the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to implement a
voluntary program to allow individuals to place a notation on their driver's
license or identification card that the individual has an advance directive.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2544, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2544, the Department of Highway
Safety and Motor Vehicles shall implement a voluntary program that will
allow individuals to place a notation that they have an advance
directive on their respective driver license or identification card.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
