| 1 | A bill to be entitled |
| 2 | An act making appropriations; providing moneys for the |
| 3 | annual period beginning July 1, 2005, and ending June 30, |
| 4 | 2006, to pay salaries and other expenses, capital outlay |
| 5 | buildings, and other improvements, and for other specified |
| 6 | purposes of the various agencies of state government; |
| 7 | providing an effective date. |

| 9 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 10 |

| 11 | The moneys contained herein are appropriated from the named |
| 12 | funds for the 2005-2006 fiscal year to the state agency |
| 13 | indicated, as the amounts to be used to pay the salaries and |
| 14 | other operational expenditures of the named agencies, and are in |
| 15 | lieu of all moneys appropriated for these purposes in other |
| 16 | sections of the Florida Statutes. |
