  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Comprehensive

  3         Assessment Test (FCAT); expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  5         the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test

  6         (FCAT); providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT).

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
