  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to postsecondary education;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  4         laws relating to access to postsecondary

  5         education; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  relating to access to postsecondary education.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
