5     (d)  Ensure that the operation of slots in no way will
6diminish the pari-mutual operation at the approved site.
7     (e)  Upon approval of any changes relating to the pari-
8mutuel permit by the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering in the
9Department of Business and Professional Regulation, be
10responsible for providing appropriate current and accurate
11documentation on a timely basis to the division in order to
12continue the slot machine license in good standing. Changes in
13ownership or interest of a slot machine gaming license of 5
14percent or more of the stock or other evidence of ownership or
15equity in the slot machine license or any parent corporation or
16other business entity that in any way owns or controls the slot
17machine license shall be approved by the division prior to such
18change, unless the owner is an existing holder of that license
19who was previously approved by the division. Changes in
20ownership or interest of a slot machine license of less than 5
21percent shall be reported to the division within 20 days after
22the change. The division may then conduct an investigation to
23ensure that the license is properly updated to show the change
24in ownership or interest.
25     (f)  Allow unrestricted access and right of inspection by
26the division to facilities of a slot machine licensee in which
27any activity relative to the conduct of slot machine gaming is
28conducted.
29     (g)  Submit a security plan, including a slot machine floor
30plan, location of security cameras, and the listing of security
31equipment which shall be capable of observing and electronically
32recording activities being conducted in the designated slot
33machine gaming area.
34     (h)  Provide the division with a detailed operating system
35description, including, but not limited to, any operating
36software, access to the source codes for each game and slot
37machine it will offer for play at its slot machine facility, and
38certification by an independent testing laboratory that the
39games, slot machines, and computer operating system conform to
40the requirements of this chapter. Such descriptions shall also
41be made available to the Department of Law Enforcement. The
42division shall review and approve each game and machine for
43compliance with this chapter and rules regulating games and slot
44machines prior to approval of the game and machine. A slot
45machine licensee shall not operate any game or machine prior to
46its approval for use in its facility by the division.
