| 4 | Remove line(s) 500 and insert: | 
| 5 | slot machines through a centralized computer system that shall | 
| 6 | allow the division and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement | 
| 7 | to audit the operation, financial data, and program information | 
| 8 | of a slot machine licensee, as required by the division or the | 
| 9 | Florida Department of Law Enforcement and shall provide the | 
| 10 | division and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement with the | 
| 11 | ability to monitor on a real-time basis at any time wagering | 
| 12 | patterns, payouts, tax collection, and compliance with any rules | 
| 13 | adopted by the division for the regulation and control of slot | 
| 14 | machines operated under this section. Such continuous and | 
| 15 | complete access on a real-time basis at any time shall include | 
| 16 | the ability to immediately suspend slot machine operations if | 
| 17 | monitoring of the computer operating system indicates possible | 
| 18 | tampering or manipulation of slot machines or of the computer | 
| 19 | operating system itself. |
