12  following substitute for amendment (664748):

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 4, lines 25 through 30, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  by one or both of her parents or her guardian, or
18  that the notification of a parent or guardian is not in the
19  best interest of the petitioner, the court shall issue an
20  order authorizing the minor to consent to the performance or
21  inducement of a termination of pregnancy without the
22  notification of a parent or guardian. If the court finds
23  evidence of child abuse or sexual abuse of the minor
24  petitioner by any person, the court shall report the evidence
25  of child abuse or sexual abuse of the petitioner to the
26  appropriate agency or law enforcement agency. If the court
