11  Senator Argenziano moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 5, lines 8-15, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  Statutes, is amended, and subsection (29) is
17  added to that section, to read:
18         624.501  Filing, license, appointment, and
19  miscellaneous fees.--The department, commission, or office, as
20  appropriate, shall collect in advance, and persons so served
21  shall pay to it in advance, fees, licenses, and miscellaneous
22  charges as follows:
23         (20)  Insurance agency or Adjusting firm, original or
24  renewal 3-year license..................................$60.00
25         (29)  Notwithstanding any provision of law to the
26  contrary, any fees charged by a licensed surety agent pursuant
27  to court-ordered electronic monitoring shall not be considered
28  part of a bail bond premium and are exempt from s. 648.33.
