14 On page 38, between lines 25 and 26,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. Subsection (5) is added to section 636.044,
18 Florida Statutes, to read:
19 636.044 Agent licensing.--
20 (5) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, a
21 person registered in accordance with part XI of chapter 559 as
22 a seller of travel may engage in the solicitation and sale of
23 insurance covering the cost of transportation by air
24 ambulance, as defined is s. 401.23, which is provided by an
25 air ambulance service licensed pursuant to s. 401.251. The
26 insurance policy providing this coverage is subject to all
27 applicable provisions of this chapter. A seller of travel may
28 solicit and sell this insurance only in connection with the
29 sale of transportation tickets. A policy may not be in effect
30 for a duration of more than 48 hours or for the duration of a
31 specified one-way or round-trip travel event.

7 persons to engage in the solicitation and sale
8 of insurance covering the cost of

10 seller of travel to solicit and sell such
11 insurance under certain limitations; providing
12 a time limitation for the effectiveness of such
13 insurance policy;
