14 On page 39, between lines 21 and 22,

17 Section 34. Paragraph (d) of subsection (4) of section
18 626.901, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 626.901 Representing or aiding unauthorized insurer
20 prohibited.--
21 (4) This section does not apply to:
22 (d) Independently procured coverage written under
23 pursuant to s. 626.938 which is not solicited, negotiated, or
24 sold within this state.
