14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 30, line 26 through page 31, line 5, delete
16  those lines
17  
18  and insert:  (6)  "Certified patient safety facility" means
19  any eligible hospital that, in accordance with an agency
20  order, is solely and exclusively liable for medical negligence
21  within the licensed facility by affected physicians and
22  affected practitioners who are employees and agents of an
23  accredited medical school and the employees and agents of the
24  hospital.
