  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating the Sunshine Skyway Bridge as the

  4         "Bob Graham/Sunshine Skyway Bridge"; repealing

  5         s. 25 of ch. 2004-392, Laws of Florida;

  6         designating the William C. Cramer Parkway;

  7         designating a portion of Interstate 275 in

  8         Pinellas County as the "St. Petersburg

  9         Parkway/William C. Cramer Memorial Highway";

10         directing the Department of Transportation to

11         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

12         date.

14  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

15  

16         Section 1.  Bob Graham/Sunshine Skyway Bridge

17  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

18  markers.--

19         (1)  The Sunshine Skyway Bridge over Tampa Bay is

20  designated as the "Bob Graham/Sunshine Skyway Bridge."

21         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

22  erect suitable markers designating the Bob Graham/Sunshine

23  Skyway Bridge as described in subsection (1).

24         Section 2.  Section 25 of chapter 2004-392, Laws of

25  Florida, designating the William C. Cramer Parkway, is

26  repealed.

27         Section 3.  St. Petersburg Parkway/William C. Cramer

28  Memorial Highway designated; Department of Transportation to

29  erect suitable markers.--

30         (1)  That part of Interstate 275 in Pinellas County

31  which extends from the Howard Franklin Bridge to the Sunshine

 1  Skyway Bridge is designated as the "St. Petersburg

 2  Parkway/William C. Cramer Memorial Highway."

 3         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

 4  erect suitable markers designating St. Petersburg

 5  Parkway/William C. Cramer Memorial Highway as described in

 6  subsection (1).

 7         Section 4.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
