11  Senator Constantine moved the following amendment to amendment

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 59, between lines 23 and 24,

17  insert:  
18         Section 29.  Paragraph (s) is added to subsection (6)
19  of section 627.351, Florida Statutes, to read:
20         627.351  Insurance risk apportionment plans.--
21         (6)  CITIZENS PROPERTY INSURANCE CORPORATION.--
22         (s)  The board of governors shall adopt a plan under
23  which insureds of the corporation have, at their election, the
24  opportunity to pay premiums semiannually or quarterly. The
25  plan shall provide for a processing fee that represents the
26  administrative costs resulting from additional billing and
27  recordkeeping. The plan and the processing fee must be
28  approved by the office.
