  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to compensation of individuals

  3         wrongly imprisoned; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to enact legislation to provide for the

  5         compensation of individuals who were wrongly

  6         imprisoned and whose innocence is established;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

12  legislation to provide for the compensation of individuals who

13  were wrongly imprisoned and whose innocence is established.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
