15 On page 8, line 12, delete that line

17 and insert:
18 Section 21. H. William Heller Hall designated;
19 University of South Florida St. Petersburg to erect suitable
20 markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the retirement
21 or resignation of H. William Heller from, or the termination
22 of his employment with, the University of South Florida St.
23 Petersburg:
24 (1) Coquina Hall, on the campus of the University of
25 South Florida St. Petersburg, is designated as the "H. William
26 Heller Hall."
27 (2) The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is
28 directed to erect suitable markers and signs designating the
29 H. William Heller Hall as described in subsection (1).
30 Section 22. John S. Curran, M.D., Children's Health
31 Center designated; University of South Florida to erect

1 suitable markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the
2 retirement or resignation of John S. Curran from, or the
3 termination of his employment with, the University of South
4 Florida:
5 (1) Notwithstanding section 267.062, Florida Statutes,
6 the building located at the University of South Florida which
7 will house the Children's Medical Services of the Department
8 of Health is designated as the "John S. Curran, M.D.,
9 Children's Health Center."
10 (2) The University of South Florida is directed to
11 erect suitable markers designating the John S. Curran, M.D.,
12 Children's Health Center as described in subsection (1).
13 Section 23. Except as otherwise expressly provided in
14 this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2005.

19 On page 2, lines 7 and 8, delete those lines

21 and insert:
22 Florida/IFAS in Ft. Pierce; designating the H.
23 William Heller Hall at the University of South

25 Curran, M.D., Children's Health Center at the
26 University of South Florida; directing the
27 university to erect suitable markers; providing
28 effective dates.
