15 On page 8, line 12, delete that line

17 and insert:
18 Section 21. H. William Heller Hall designated;
19 University of South Florida St. Petersburg to erect suitable
20 markers.--
21 (1) Coquina Hall, on the campus of the University of
22 South Florida St. Petersburg, is designated as the "H. William
23 Heller Hall."
24 (2) The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is
25 directed to erect suitable markers and signs designating the
26 H. William Heller Hall as described in subsection (1).
27 Section 22. John S. Curran, M.D., Children's Health
28 Center designated; University of South Florida to erect
29 suitable markers.
30 (1) Notwithstanding section 267.062, Florida Statutes,
31 the building located at the University of South Florida which

1 will house the Children's Medical Services of the Department
2 of Health is designated as the "John S. Curran, M.D.,
3 Children's Health Center."
4 (2) The University of South Florida directed to erect
5 suitable markers designating the John S. Curran, M.D.,
6 Children's Health Center as described in subsection (1).
7 Section 23. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
8 law, except that:
9 (1) Section 21 of this act shall take effect upon the
10 effective date of the retirement or resignation of H. William
11 Heller from, or the termination of H. William Heller's
12 employment with, the University of South Florida St.
13 Petersburg.
14 (2) Section 22 of this act shall take effect upon the
15 effective date of the retirement or resignation of John S.
16 Curran from, or the termination of his employment with, the
17 University of South Florida.

21 And the title is amended as follows:
22 On page 2, lines 7 and 8, delete those lines

24 and insert:
25 Florida/IFAS in Ft. Pierce; designating the H.
26 William Heller Hall at the University of South
27 Florida St. Petersburg; designating the John S.
28 Curran, M.D., Children's Health Center at the
29 University of South Florida; directing the
30 university to erect suitable markers; providing
31 effective dates.
