6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

8 Section 1. Kleist Health Education Center designated;
9 Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable markers.--
10 (1) The student community educational facility for
11 health at Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as the
12 "Kleist Health Education Center."
13 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to
14 erect suitable markers designating the Kleist Health Education
15 Center as described in subsection (1).
16 Section 2. Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall
17 designated; Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable
18 markers.--
19 (1) The facility at Florida Gulf Coast University
20 which will house the resort and hospitality management program
21 is designated as the "Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall."
22 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to
23 erect suitable markers designating the Herbert J. and Margaret
24 S. Sugden Hall as described in subsection (1).
25 Section 3. James and Annie Ying Academic Center
26 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
27 markers.--
28 (1) The building that houses the University of Central
29 Florida Downtown Center is designated as the "James and Annie
30 Ying Academic Center."

1 (2) The University of Central Florida is authorized to
2 erect suitable markers designating the James and Annie Ying
3 Academic Center as described in subsection (1).
4 Section 4. Anthony and Sonja Nicholson Field House
5 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
6 markers.
7 (1) The new field house at the University of Central
8 Florida athletics complex is designated as the "Anthony and
9 Sonja Nicholson Field House."
10 (2) The University of Central Florida is authorized to
11 erect suitable markers designating the James and Annie Ying
12 Academic Center as described in subsection (1).
13 Section 5. Sybil C. Mobley Business Building
14 designated; Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University to
15 erect suitable markers.--
16 (1) The School of Business and Industry Building at
17 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated
18 as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building."
19 (2) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
20 authorized to erect suitable markers designating the Sybil C.
21 Mobley Business Building as described in subsection (1).
22 Section 6. Margaret W. Lewis/Jacqueline B. Beck Allied
23 Health Building designated; Florida Agricultural and
24 Mechanical University to erect suitable markers.--
25 (1) The new Allied Health Building at Florida
26 Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated as the
27 "Margaret W. Lewis/Jacqueline B. Beck Allied Health Building."
28 (2) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
29 authorized to erect suitable markers designating the Margaret
30 W. Lewis/Jacqueline B. Beck Allied Health Building as
31 described in subsection (1).

14 (1) The Archives Building at Florida Agricultural and
15 Mechanical University is designated as the "Carrie Meek/James
16 N. Eaton, Sr. Southeastern Regional Black Archives Research
17 Center and Museum."
18 (2) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
19 authorized to erect suitable markers designating the Carrie
20 Meek/James N. Eaton, Sr. Southeastern Regional Black Archives
21 Research Center and Museum.
22 Section 9. Powell Family Structures and Materials
23 Laboratory designated; University of Florida to erect suitable
24 markers.--
25 (1) The new Structures and Materials Research
26 Laboratory for the College of Engineering at the University of
27 Florida is designated as the "Powell Family Structures and
28 Materials Laboratory."
29 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
30 suitable markers designating the Powell Family Structures and
31 Materials Laboratory as described in subsection (1).

7 subsection (1).
8 Section 11. Steinbrenner Band Hall designated;
9 University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
10 (1) The proposed band rehearsal facility at the
11 University of Florida is designated as the "Steinbrenner Band
12 Hall."
13 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
14 suitable markers designating the Steinbrenner Band Hall as
15 described in subsection (1).
16 Section 12. James E. "Jim" and Linda King, Jr.,
17 Student Union Building designated; University of North Florida
18 to erect suitable markers.--
19 (1) The Student Union Building at the University of
20 North Florida is designated as the "James E. 'Jim' and Linda
21 King, Jr., Student Union Building."
22 (2) The University of North Florida is authorized to
23 erect suitable markers designating the James E. "Jim" and
24 Linda King, Jr., Student Union Building as described in
25 subsection (1).
26 Section 13. John M. McKay Visitors' Pavilion
27 designated; Florida State University to erect suitable
28 markers.--
29 (1) The proposed entrance pavilion at the John and
30 Mabel Ringling Museum of Art at the Florida State University

6 Section 14. Reubin O'D. Askew Student Life Center
7 designated; Florida State University to erect suitable
8 markers.--
9 (1) The Student Life Building at Florida State
10 University is designated as the "Reubin O'D. Askew Student
11 Life Center."
12 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
13 suitable markers designating the Reubin O'D. Askew Student
14 Life Center as described in subsection (1).
15 Section 15. Sherrill Williams Ragans Hall designated;
16 Florida State University to erect suitable markers.--
17 (1) The new residence hall complex at Florida State
18 University, located at 921 College Avenue, is designated as
19 "Sherrill Williams Ragans Hall."
20 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
21 suitable markers designating Sherrill Williams Ragans Hall as
22 described in subsection (1).
23 Section 16. John Thrasher Building designated; Florida
24 State University to erect suitable markers.--
25 (1) The Education and Administration Building at the
26 Florida State University College of Medicine is designated as
27 the "John Thrasher Building."
28 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
29 suitable markers designating the John Thrasher Building as
30 described in subsection (1).

4 (1) The baseball field at Florida State University is
5 designated as the "Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium."
6 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
7 suitable markers designating the Mike Martin Field at Dick
8 Howser Stadium as described in subsection (1).
9 Section 18. JoAnne Graf Softball Field designated;
10 Florida State University to erect suitable markers.--
11 (1) The softball field at Florida State University is
12 designated as the "JoAnne Graf Field."
13 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
14 suitable markers designating the JoAnne Graf Field as
15 described in subsection (1).
16 Section 19. Herbert F. Morgan Building designated;
17 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University-Florida State
18 University College of Engineering to erect suitable markers.--
19 (1) The Florida Agricultural and Mechanical
20 University-Florida State University College of Engineering
21 Building is designated as the "Herbert F. Morgan Building."
22 (2) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and
23 Florida State University are authorized to erect markers
24 designating the Herbert F. Morgan Building as described in
25 subsection (1).
26 Section 20. This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
