10 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12 Section 1. Kleist Health Education Center designated;
13 Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable markers.--
14 (1) The student community educational facility for
15 health at Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as the
16 "Kleist Health Education Center."
17 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to
18 erect suitable markers designating the Kleist Health Education
19 Center as described in subsection (1).
20 Section 2. Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall
21 designated; Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable
22 markers.--
23 (1) The facility at Florida Gulf Coast University
24 which will house the resort and hospitality management program
25 is designated as the "Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall."
26 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to
27 erect suitable markers designating the Herbert J. and Margaret
28 S. Sugden Hall as described in subsection (1).
29 Section 3. James and Annie Ying Academic Center
30 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
31 markers.--

2 Florida Downtown Center is designated as the "James and Annie
3 Ying Academic Center."
4 (2) The University of Central Florida is authorized to
5 erect suitable markers designating the James and Annie Ying
6 Academic Center as described in subsection (1).
7 Section 4. Anthony and Sonja Nicholson Field House
8 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
9 markers.--
10 (1) The new field house at the University of Central
11 Florida athletics complex is designated as the "Anthony and
12 Sonja Nicholson Field House."
13 (2) The University of Central Florida is authorized to
14 erect suitable markers designating the James and Annie Ying
15 Academic Center as described in subsection (1).
16 Section 5. Sybil C. Mobley Business Building
17 designated; Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University to
18 erect suitable markers.--
19 (1) The School of Business and Industry Building at
20 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated
21 as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building."
22 (2) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
23 authorized to erect suitable markers designating the Sybil C.
24 Mobley Business Building as described in subsection (1).
25 Section 6. Margaret W. Lewis/Jacqueline B. Beck Allied
26 Health Building designated; Florida Agricultural and
27 Mechanical University to erect suitable markers.--
28 (1) The new Allied Health Building at Florida
29 Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated as the
30 "Margaret W. Lewis/Jacqueline B. Beck Allied Health Building."

9 Florida is designated as "Farrior Hall."

12 subsection (1).
13 Section 11. Steinbrenner Band Hall designated;
14 University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
15 (1) The proposed band rehearsal facility at the
16 University of Florida is designated as the "Steinbrenner Band
17 Hall."
18 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
19 suitable markers designating the Steinbrenner Band Hall as
20 described in subsection (1).

22 Student Union Building designated; University of North Florida

15 Section 18. JoAnne Graf Softball Field designated;

17 (1) The softball field at Florida State University is
