19 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

21 Section 1. Kleist Health Education Center designated;
22 Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable markers.--
23 (1) The student community educational facility for
24 health at Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as the
25 "Kleist Health Education Center."
26 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to
27 erect suitable markers designating the Kleist Health Education
28 Center as described in subsection (1).
29 Section 2. Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall
30 designated; Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable
31 markers.--

7 Section 3. James and Annie Ying Academic Center
8 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
9 markers.--
10 (1) The building that houses the University of Central
11 Florida Downtown Center is designated as the "James and Annie
12 Ying Academic Center."
13 (2) The University of Central Florida is authorized to
14 erect suitable markers designating the James and Annie Ying
15 Academic Center as described in subsection (1).
16 Section 4. Anthony and Sonja Nicholson Field House
17 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
18 markers.--
19 (1) The new field house at the University of Central
20 Florida athletics complex is designated as the "Anthony and
21 Sonja Nicholson Field House."
22 (2) The University of Central Florida is authorized to
23 erect suitable markers designating the James and Annie Ying
24 Academic Center as described in subsection (1).
25 Section 5. Sybil C. Mobley Business Building
26 designated; Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University to
27 erect suitable markers.--
28 (1) The School of Business and Industry Building at
29 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated
30 as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building."

18 (1) The baseball field at Florida State University is
19 designated as the "Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium."
20 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
21 suitable markers designating the Mike Martin Field at Dick
22 Howser Stadium as described in subsection (1).
23 Section 18. JoAnne Graf Softball Field designated;
24 Florida State University to erect suitable markers.--
25 (1) The softball field at Florida State University is
26 designated as the "JoAnne Graf Field."
27 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect

16 designated as the "Norman C. Hayslip Biological Control
17 Research and Containment Laboratory."
18 (2) The University of Florida/IFAS is directed to
19 erect suitable markers designating the Norman C. Hayslip
20 Biological Control Research and Containment Laboratory as
21 described in subsection (1).
22 Section 21. H. William Heller Hall designated;
23 University of South Florida St. Petersburg to erect suitable
24 markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the retirement
25 or resignation of H. William Heller from, or the termination
26 of his employment with, the University of South Florida St.
27 Petersburg:
28 (1) Coquina Hall, on the campus of the University of
29 South Florida St. Petersburg, is designated as the "H. William
30 Heller Hall."

4 Section 22. John S. Curran, M.D., Children's Health
5 Center designated; University of South Florida to erect
6 suitable markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the
7 retirement or resignation of John S. Curran from, or the
8 termination of his employment with, the University of South
9 Florida:
10 (1) Notwithstanding section 267.062, Florida Statutes,
11 the building located at the University of South Florida which
12 will house the Children's Medical Services of the Department
13 of Health is designated as the "John S. Curran, M.D.,
14 Children's Health Center."
15 (2) The University of South Florida is directed to
16 erect suitable markers designating the John S. Curran, M.D.,
17 Children's Health Center as described in subsection (1).
18 Section 23. Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum
19 designated; Florida International University to erect suitable
20 markers.--
21 (1) The art museum on the campus of Florida
22 International University, University Park Campus Miami, is
23 designated as the "Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum."
24 (2) The Florida International University is directed
25 to erect suitable markers designating the Patricia and Phillip
26 Frost Art Museum as described in subsection (1).
27 Section 24. Except as otherwise expressly provided in
28 this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
