23 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

25 Section 1. Kleist Health Education Center designated;
26 Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable markers.--
27 (1) The student community educational facility for
28 health at Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as the
29 "Kleist Health Education Center."

7 (1) The facility at Florida Gulf Coast University
8 which will house the resort and hospitality management program
9 is designated as the "Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall."
10 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to
11 erect suitable markers designating the Herbert J. and Margaret
12 S. Sugden Hall as described in subsection (1).
13 Section 3. James and Annie Ying Academic Center
14 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
15 markers.--
16 (1) The building that houses the University of Central
17 Florida Downtown Center is designated as the "James and Annie
18 Ying Academic Center."
19 (2) The University of Central Florida is authorized to
20 erect suitable markers designating the James and Annie Ying
21 Academic Center as described in subsection (1).
22 Section 4. Anthony and Sonja Nicholson Field House
23 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
24 markers.--
25 (1) The new field house at the University of Central
26 Florida athletics complex is designated as the "Anthony and
27 Sonja Nicholson Field House."
28 (2) The University of Central Florida is authorized to
29 erect suitable markers designating the James and Annie Ying
30 Academic Center as described in subsection (1).

23 "John M. McKay Visitors' Pavilion."

23 Section 17. Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium
24 designated; Florida State University to erect suitable
25 markers.--
26 (1) The baseball field at Florida State University is
27 designated as the "Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium."
28 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
29 suitable markers designating the Mike Martin Field at Dick
30 Howser Stadium as described in subsection (1).

18 Section 20. Norman C. Hayslip Biological Control
19 Research and Containment Laboratory designated; University of
20 Florida/IFAS to erect suitable markers.--
21 (1) The University of Florida/IFAS Biological Control
22 Research and Containment Laboratory Building in Ft. Pierce is
23 designated as the "Norman C. Hayslip Biological Control
24 Research and Containment Laboratory."
25 (2) The University of Florida/IFAS is directed to
26 erect suitable markers designating the Norman C. Hayslip
27 Biological Control Research and Containment Laboratory as
28 described in subsection (1).
29 Section 21. H. William Heller Hall designated;
30 University of South Florida St. Petersburg to erect suitable
31 markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the retirement

2 of his employment with, the University of South Florida St.

4 (1) Coquina Hall, on the campus of the University of
5 South Florida St. Petersburg, is designated as the "H. William
6 Heller Hall."
7 (2) The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is
8 directed to erect suitable markers and signs designating the
9 H. William Heller Hall as described in subsection (1).
10 Section 22. John S. Curran, M.D., Children's Health
11 Center designated; University of South Florida to erect
12 suitable markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the
13 retirement or resignation of John S. Curran from, or the
14 termination of his employment with, the University of South
15 Florida:
16 (1) Notwithstanding section 267.062, Florida Statutes,
17 the building located at the University of South Florida which
18 will house the Children's Medical Services of the Department
19 of Health is designated as the "John S. Curran, M.D.,
20 Children's Health Center."
21 (2) The University of South Florida is directed to
22 erect suitable markers designating the John S. Curran, M.D.,
23 Children's Health Center as described in subsection (1).
24 Section 23. Section 15.052, Florida Statutes, is
25 created to read:
26 15.052 Official state maritime museum.--
27 (1) The State of Florida Maritime Museum and Research
28 Center, to be built in the City of Pensacola, is designated as
29 the official state maritime museum.

1 (2) This section shall stand repealed on July 1, 2015,
2 unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by
3 the Legislature.
4 Section 24. Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum
5 designated; Florida International University to erect suitable
6 markers.--
7 (1) The art museum on the campus of Florida
8 International University, University Park Campus Miami, is
9 designated as the "Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum."
10 (2) The Florida International University is directed
11 to erect suitable markers designating the Patricia and Phillip
12 Frost Art Museum as described in subsection (1).
13 Section 25. Except as otherwise expressly provided in
14 this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
