14 On page 15, lines 4-9, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 (a) Prohibit persons from engaging in activity on the
18 property which supports or opposes initiatives;
19 (b) Permit or prohibit persons from engaging in
20 activity on the property in support of or in opposition to a
21 particular initiative; or
22 (c) Permit persons to engage in activity on the
23 property which supports or opposes initiatives, subject to
24 time, place, and manner restrictions that are reasonable and
25 uniformly applied.
