15         On page 57, between lines 13 and 14,

17  and insert:  
18         (1)  Establish a record of all requests for background
19  screening pursuant to subsections (5) and (7) and timely
20  provide to the nonprofit scholarship-funding organization and
21  the owner of the eligible private school the qualifying or
22  disqualifying status of the employee or applicant.
