15         On page 56, lines 10 to 13, delete those lines

17  and insert:  Education may not identify more than four
18  norm-referenced tests for use in meeting the requirements of
19  this section. The State Board of Education may select the
20  Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test as one of the four tests
21  for use in meeting the requirements of this
