14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 41, lines 4-7, delete those lines

17 and insert: organization that receives an eligible
18 contribution must obligate, in the same fiscal year in which
19 the contribution was received, spend 100 percent of the
20 eligible contribution to provide scholarships in that the same
21 or immediately following state fiscal year in which the
22 contribution was received. No portion of eligible
