11  The Committee on Government Efficiency Appropriations (Posey)
12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 53, lines 23-28, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (h)1.  Select one of the four nationally
19  norm-referenced tests identified by the State Board of
20  Education under subsection (8) for each scholarship student.
21  The test initially selected for a student must be used for
22  that student for no less than 5 consecutive years. However,
23  the private school may use an updated version of the same
24  test, based on the new norms, from the same publisher.
25         2.  Annually administer or provide for each scholarship
26  student to take the nationally norm-referenced test selected
27  under subparagraph 1. and report each student's scores to the
28  parent and the Department of Education.
