14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 8, between lines 26 and 27,
16  
17  insert:  
18         (e)  After the disbursement of funds pursuant to
19  paragraph (5)(d) and depending on the availability of such
20  funds, up to $25 million of the fee proceeds shall be provided
21  annually through quarterly disbursements to the Department of
22  Health for distribution by the Florida Cancer Council for the
23  purposes described in s. 381.921.
