14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 11, between lines 3 and 4,

17 insert:
18 Section 7. The amendments to section 202.19(3)(a),
19 Florida Statutes, contained in this act are remedial in nature
20 and intended to clarify the law in effect on October 1, 2001,
21 but do not grant any right to a refund of any fees or charges
22 paid prior to July 1, 2005.
