13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 9, before line 1,

16 insert:
17 Section 7. For each criminal judge certified for
18 circuit or county court, the Legislature will appropriate
19 sufficient funding for the operations of the state attorney
20 and public defender to support the increase in criminal
21 judges. Such funding shall be appropriated in general law or
22 the General Appropriations Act.
