15 On page 94, line 17, delete those words

17 and insert: results where ballots are used.
18 (1) Beginning the 60th day before each election or 5
19 days following a primary election, whichever is sooner, each
20 supervisor of elections shall post on its website in a manner
21 specified by the division of elections and make publicly
22 available the total number of absentee ballots requested,
23 mailed, returned and the total number of rejected ballots for
24 that election as of that date. For any supervisor of
25 elections who does not maintain a website, the division of
26 elections shall post the required information on its website.
27 This information shall be posted with results broken down by
28 party affiliation. Each supervisor of elections shall prepare
29 an electronic data file listing the individual voters that
30 have requested an absentee ballot, been mailed an absentee
31 ballot, have returned an absentee ballot. This information

1 shall be updated and made available no later than noon each
2 day. Such information shall contemporaneously be provided to
3 the division of elections. The division of elections is
4 authorized to promulgate rules necessary to effectuate this
5 section. The division of elections may require that such
6 information be provided to it electronically and in a manner
7 specified by the division of elections.
8 (2) During any early voting period, each supervisor of
9 elections shall post on its website in a manner specified by
10 the division of elections and make publicly available the
11 total number of early votes by party affiliation and the total
12 number of all early votes cast at each early vote location for
13 all voters who cast a ballot during early voting the previous
14 day. For any supervisor of elections who does not maintain a
15 website, the division of elections shall post the required
16 information on its website. Each supervisor of elections
17 shall prepare an electronic data file listing the individual
18 voters that cast a ballot during the early voting period.
19 This information shall be updated and made available no later
