13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 86, lines 22-30, delete those lines
15
16 and insert:
17 (d)(b) Early voting shall begin on the 15th day before
18 an election and end on the 2nd day before an election. For
19 purposes of a special election held pursuant to s. 100.101,
20 early voting shall begin on the 8th day before an election and
21 end on the 2nd day before an election. Early voting shall be
22 provided for at least 8 hours per weekday and 8 hours in the
23 aggregate each weekend at each site during the applicable
24 periods. Early voting sites shall open no sooner than 7 a.m.
25 and close no later than 7 p.m. on each applicable day during
26 the applicable periods. Early voting shall also be provided
27 for 8 hours in the aggregate for each weekend during the
28 applicable periods.
