  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to emergency management;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  4         laws governing the powers and duties related to

  5         emergency management; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  governing the powers and duties related to emergency

12  management.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
