11  The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Productivity
12  (Lawson) recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 4, lines 17-21, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  coordinator shall prepare a report to describe
18  the feasibility of implementing some or all of the innovation
19  models in this state. The report shall be filed with the
20  President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of
21  Representatives, and the Suicide Prevention Coordinating
22  Council after review and approval of the report by the
23  director of the Office of Drug Control. The innovative models,
24  and the feasibility of their implementation in this state,
25  shall be evaluated by the Suicide Prevention Coordinating
26  Council, which shall file a report with the President of the
27  Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the
28  Governor if the council determines that legislation is
29  necessary to implement an innovative model.
