12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 3, between lines 19 and 20,

17 insert:
18 Section 4. The Department of Health shall implement an
19 educational campaign to inform any person who acquires an
20 automated external defibrillator device that his or her
21 immunity from liability under section 768.1325, Florida
22 Statutes, for harm resulting from the use or attempted use of
23 the device, does not apply if he or she fails to:
24 (1) Properly maintain and test the device; or
25 (2) Provide appropriate training in the use of the
26 device to his or her employee or agent when the employee or
27 agent was the person who used the device on the victim, except
28 as provided in section 768.1325, Florida Statutes.
