15 On page 6, between lines 12 and 13,

18 Section 2. Paragraph (d) is added to subsection (4) of
19 section 440.09, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 440.09 Coverage.--
21 (4)
22 (d) An employer or carrier who denies or delays
23 benefits to an injured worker in violation of s. 440.105 shall
24 pay to such worker a penalty of treble the amount of benefits
25 denied by the employer or carrier.
