15         On page 9, line 19, after the period

17  insert:  The letter of agreement shall provide that any funds
18  held in the separate depository account in the name of the
19  citizen support organization shall revert to the division if
20  the citizen support organization is no longer approved by the
21  division to operate in the best interests of the state.
