14 On page 80, between lines 23 and 24,

16 insert:
17 Section 45. Effective upon becoming a law, subsection
18 (7) is added to section 106.0705, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 106.0705 Electronic filing of campaign treasurer's
20 reports.--
21 (7) Notwithstanding anything in law to the contrary,
22 any report required to have been filed under this section for
23 the period ended March 31, 2005, shall be deemed to have been
24 timely filed if the report is filed under this section on or
25 before June 1, 2005.
