12 Appropriations (Webster) recommended the following amendment:

15 On page 54, between lines 25 and 26,

17 insert:
18 Section 25. Effective August 1, 2006, section 98.0981,
19 Florida Statutes, is created to read:
20 98.0981 Statewide voter registration database.--Within
21 75 days after a general election or within 15 days after all
22 supervisors of elections have updated voter history
23 information, whichever occurs later, the department shall send
24 to the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of
25 Representatives, the Senate Minority Leader, and the House
26 Minority Leader a report in electronic format of all voters
27 qualified to vote in the election or primary. The report shall
28 include for each voter the code used by the department to
29 uniquely identify the voter; all information provided in the
30 uniform statewide voter registration application pursuant to
31 s. 97.052(2), except what is specifically identified as

1 confidential or exempt from public-records requirements; the
2 date of registration; the representative district, senatorial
3 district, congressional district, and precinct in which the
4 voter resides; and whether the voter voted at the precinct
5 location, voted by early vote, voted by absentee ballot,
6 attempted to vote by absentee ballot that was not counted,
7 attempted to vote by provisional ballot that was not counted,
8 or did not vote.
