11  Senator Posey moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 30, lines 5-10, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  voter information registration identification
17  card. However, a voter information registration identification
18  card indicating a party affiliation change made between the
19  book-closing date for the first primary election and the date
20  of the second primary election may not be issued until after
21  the second primary election.
