14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 3, lines 19-24, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (4)  MEETINGS; ORGANIZATION.--
19         (a)  The first meeting of the board shall be held no
20  later than August 1, 2005. Thereafter, the board shall meet at
21  least once per quarter per calendar year. Meetings may be held
22  via teleconference or other electronic means. The board shall
23  work in partnership with the Volunteer Florida Foundation,
24  Inc., in noticing and coordinating all meetings of the board.
