11  The Committee on Commerce and Consumer Services (Saunders)
12  recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 1, lines 14 through 25, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  only firearm a Class "CC," Class "D," Class "M,"
18  or Class "MB" licensee who has been issued a Class "G" license
19  may carry is a .38 or .357 caliber revolver with factory .38
20  caliber ammunition only. In addition to any other firearm
21  approved by the department, a Class "C," Class "D," Class "M,"
22  Class "MB," or Class "MA" licensee who has been issued a Class
23  "G" license may carry a .38 caliber revolver; or a .380
24  caliber or 9 millimeter semiautomatic pistol; or a .357
25  caliber revolver with .38 caliber ammunition only. A Class "C"
26  licensee who also holds a Class "D" license, and who has been
27  issued a Class "G" license, may carry a 9 millimeter
28  semiautomatic pistol while performing security-related
29  services. No licensee may carry
