11  Senator Bennett moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 3, line 17, after the period,
15  
16  insert:  The certification to perform inactivated influenza
17  vaccinations shall include, but need not be limited to, the
18  following compliance criteria:
19         (a)  Compliance with all provisions of s. 381.003
20  relating to communicable disease and AIDS prevention and
21  control;
22         (b)  Compliance with all provisions of s. 381.0031
23  relating to reporting of diseases of public health
24  significance to the department;
25         (c)  Compliance with all provisions of s. 381.0098
26  relating to biomedical waste;
27         (d)  Compliance with all Occupational Safety and Health
28  Administration standards for management, handling, and
29  disposal of sharps; and
30         (e)  Completion of and compliance with the Centers for
31  Disease Control Influenza Update for the year in which
